New Product Technical Appraisal Meeting

On December 10, 2017, entrusted by Jiangsu Economic and Information Commission, Taizhou Economic and Information Commission hosted a new product appraisal meeting in Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, which was developed by Jiangsu Wuxing Corrugated Pipe Co., Ltd., "High Sealing, High Temperature and Pressure Rotary Compensator for Thermal Pipeline Equipment (WXXZ70/600).
On December 10, 2017, entrusted by Jiangsu Economic and Information Commission, Taizhou Economic and Information Commission hosted a new product appraisal meeting in Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, which was developed by Jiangsu Wuxing Corrugated Pipe Co., Ltd., "High Sealing, High Temperature and Pressure Rotary Compensator for Thermal Pipeline Equipment (WXXZ70/600).
The appraisal committee listened to the technical summary, trial production work summary and other reports, checked the production site, and reviewed the relevant technical documents. After inquiry and discussion, the following appraisal opinions were formed:
L, the data provided is standard, complete, in line with the identification requirements.
2. The product solves the problems of axial movement and blind plate force when compensating for linear expansion of the pipeline through the gap design and limit device between the inner tube diameter reducing surface and the end surface of the tube cover and the end surface of the tube cover, and adopts the silicone rubber tube sealing connection process. Its structure is novel, improves the sealing performance of the rotary compensator, prolongs the service life, reduces the maintenance cost, forms independent intellectual property rights, and has been granted one invention patent.
3. The product has been tested by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Instrumentation Components, and the main technical indicators meet the requirements of Q/321204JBN01-2017 "Rotary Compensator" standard.
The enterprise has perfect production equipment and testing means to meet the production requirements. Product users respond well.
The appraisal committee believes that the comprehensive performance of the high-sealing, high-temperature and pressure-resistant rotary compensator (WXXZ70/600) for thermal pipeline equipment has reached the domestic advanced level, and unanimously agreed to pass the new product appraisal.
